The Repurposing Engine
You give it one finished piece of work and get back a week of social media posts, each one written for the platform it is going on, plus an Instagram carousel you restyle in your browser and export. One project in, a week of ready-to-post content out. It takes about five minutes.
What it does

How it works
- Drop in the work. The images, files or text from one finished project.
- Answer ten questions. It asks what a good social media manager would ask before posting your work: the brief, how you approached it, the problems you solved, the constraints, the decisions, the outcome. A sentence each, about five minutes. This is what makes the posts sound like you, not like AI.
- Pick where it is going. Choose any mix of Instagram carousel, Instagram Reel, LinkedIn post, LinkedIn document and X thread. Each platform rewards something different, so each post is written its own way.
- Get the posts back. Every platform in the format that works there, plus the order to post them across the week so they build on each other. The X thread opens on your best image, the LinkedIn post leads with the problem you solved, the carousel opens on the shot that stops the scroll.
- Restyle the carousel in your browser. Your images come back laid out as slides with the copy already on them. Change the colours, fonts and layout to match your brand, then export them ready to post. No Canva, no blank page.

01 Claude (web or desktop) Project
Paste the workflow into a Claude Project. Every chat inside the Project runs it on demand.
- Open Claude. Top-left, click "+ New Project".
- Name the Project "The Repurposing Engine".
- In the Project's Instructions field, paste the full contents of SKILL.md.
- Open a chat inside the Project. Say "run the repurposing engine" and drop in your project images.
02 Claude Code Local skills folder
Drop the folder into ~/.claude/skills/ and restart Claude Code. The workflow is callable from any directory.
- Unzip the bundle. Move the repurposing-engine folder into ~/.claude/skills/. The full path becomes ~/.claude/skills/repurposing-engine/SKILL.md.
- Restart Claude Code (close and reopen the terminal).
- In any directory, say "run the repurposing engine". On Claude Code it can read your image files and write the editor project file to disk for you.
03 ChatGPT (Plus or Team) Project
Paste the workflow into a ChatGPT Project. Every chat inside the Project runs it on demand.
- Open ChatGPT. Sidebar, click "Projects" then "Create Project".
- Name the Project "The Repurposing Engine".
- Click Instructions. Paste the full contents of SKILL.md. Save.
- Open a chat inside the Project. Say "run the repurposing engine" and describe or attach your project images.
04 Gemini (Advanced) Gem
Create a Gem with the workflow in its instructions field. Open a chat with the Gem to run it.
- Open Gemini. Click Gems in the sidebar, then "+ New Gem".
- Name the Gem "The Repurposing Engine".
- In the instructions field, paste the full contents of SKILL.md. Save.
- Open a chat with the Gem. Say "run the repurposing engine" and drop in your project images.
